Why Choose Showers with Sliding Doors
The most obvious benefit of a shower screen with sliding doors is the smaller footprint. Sliding door shower screens can be installed in tighter spaces as there is no need to allow for a pivot door to swing out.
Also, you are no longer limited to a semi-frameless design, you can now opt for a fully frameless shower with a sliding door. Obviously, the sliding mechanisms for a sliding shower without a frame are much more substantial as they must accommodate heavy 10mm glass shower panels, as opposed to 6mm.
With a sliding shower screen, you still get a wide range of finishes and colours for the frame and fixtures, allowing you to be creative and get a custom design that suits your needs.
